1.13 Steps of Procedure:

  • Ask all Distys (T1s) to share the final DSR for month/quarter closer.
  • Ask KC Darshan (BPRM) for Rebate List.
  • Ask Final Pricelist from Dejo Mathew and consolidate with MTM and Channel Price (We should ask monthly).
  • Ask Final Service Pricelist from Hareesh Reddy.
  • There are 5 T1(Distributors) we receive Final DSR from on monthly basis.

  • STERLING - [External] Regarding Q4’2324 Sterling S&P DSR on CCREPORTS ID STEPS

  • Rebate List from KC Darshan. STEPS

  • Open DSR received from Disty (rename with respective month) as working file. STEPS

  • Add new column for PAN next to GSTIN.

  • Add 5 new columns at the end i.e., after Segment.

STEPS

  • Open Rebate list and filter T2 in Tier and move the data to new sheet.
  • Add new column (PAN) next to GST/PAN for PAN numbers.
  • Copy BP Tiering column and add it next to BP Category.
  • Filter BP Tiering with S&P SRD.

STEPS

  • Check the PAN number from Rebate list in working file and if available then update respective MDM ID, LPP CODE, BP Category and BP Tiering in New column and update WYZMINDZ Segregated Segment as SM.

  • Similarly check with all PAN numbers from Rebate list in working file and update respective fields.
  • Once all S&P SRD Partner’s data have been updated, filter blanks in MDM IDs and copy Partner name, City, PAN and Segment columns to new sheet and save it with LPP Mapped for BP M2 name.
  • Add 5 new columns at the end i.e., after PAN.

STEPS

  • Check PAN numbers from Working file in Rebate list if available.
  • Update MDM ID, LPP CODE, BP Category and BP Tiering in New column by checking it manually.
  • If there are more than one BP Category in Rebate List, then update it with all the categories.

STEPS

  • Pick the last row columns for MDM ID, LPP Code, BP Category and BP Tiering (New) and paste it in LPP Mapped for BP M2 file. Similarly, with SRD and Platinum etc.
  • Once all the available Partner details have updated, again filter blanks in MDM ID and filter Segment as LEMB and update WYZMINDZ Segregated Segment as MM and for Segment as SOSB update it as SM in WYZMINDZ Segregated Segment and keep rest of the columns as blank.
  • Clear all filter and save it.
  • Go to Working file and filter blanks in Wyzmindz Segregated Segments column.
  • Update all 5 fields as per below formulas.
  • Wyzminds Segregated segment:

  • MDM ID:
    • =VLOOKUP (‘Partner Name’, '[LPP Mapped for BP M2.xlsx] Sheet1'! Partner Name: New,6,0)
  • Lpp Code:
    • =VLOOKUP (‘Partner Name’, '[LPP Mapped for BP M2.xlsx] Sheet1'! Partner Name: New,7,0)
  • BP Category:
    • =VLOOKUP (‘Partner Name’, '[LPP Mapped for BP M2.xlsx] Sheet1'! Partner Name: New,8,0)
  • New:
    • =VLOOKUP (‘Partner Name’, '[LPP Mapped for BP M2.xlsx] Sheet1'! Partner Name: New,9,0)
  • For validation of non-rebated partners, filter blanks in MDM ID and filter Segment as LEMB and check WYZMINDZ Segregated Segment, it should be MM and for SOSB it should be SM in WYZMINDZ Segregated Segment. If found any changes then update it as per logic.
  • Filter BP Category column in working file with CC-T2 and update it as per New column and update Wyzminds Segregated segment with MM.
  • Filter BP Category column with S&P SRD and update Wyzminds Segregated segment with SM.
  • Filter New column in working file with Authorized and update Wyzminds Segregated segment with SM.
  • Filter Wyzminds Segregated segment with blanks.
  • Go to New column with Gold and check the BP Category,if it has LEP in it then update new column as LEP/Gold. If SRD is there, then, SRD/Gold etc.
  • Similarly, check with Gold 360, Platinum, Platinum 360 and Silver and update the New column with combination of both BP Categories.
  • Update the BP Category as per below logic.
  • If the Partner is LEP with Gold/Gold 360/Silver/Platinum/Platinum 360, update BP Category as per Gold/Gold 360/Silver/Platinum/ Platinum 360.
  • If the Partner is SRD with Gold/Gold 360/Silver/Platinum/Platinum 360, update BP Category as per Gold/Gold 360/Silver/Platinum/Platinum 360.
  • If the Partner is SRD with Silver, update BP Category as per SRD.
  • Filter BP Category with Gold/Gold 360/Silver/Platinum/Platinum 360 and update Wyzminds Segregated segment as MM and for LEP and SRD update it with SM.
  • There are few exceptional Segment tagging as follows:
    • Cyber Peripherals to be tagged as SOSB as confirmed by the partner on Feb 2, 2021
    • Monarch to be tagged as SOSB as confirmed by the partner in March 2021
    • If Sterling mentions Sterling SOSB in any of the fields, then map it as SOSB
    • Aspen Inc. is Sterling’s sister concern registered for the Online business, tagging has to be in SOSB (updated on 16 August, 2022 basis confirmation from Kalpesh)
    • Ilife IT billing to follow the sub segment tagging shared by Sterling as confirmed by Chandresh on 14.04.23
  • Open Claims DSR file (Q4'2324 M2 Snp ST DSR).
  • Except for top 5 rows remove all below data.
  • Update the columns in Claims DSR template as per below table.

  • Filter CC_BPCATEGORY in DSR for rebated partners and update Managed as Yes and rest as No.
  • For CONTRACT_NO column, update it from rebate list as per below formula.
    • =VLOOKUP (MDM ID, ‘[SMB Rebate List Q4 FY2324 M2]’Sheet1! MDM ID: Contract-ID (India only),5,0) and break the link.
  • Map CATEGORY, BIZGROUP, PRODTYPE, FAMILY, SPECIFICATION and SERIES based on MTM master.
  • Go to SM sheet and remove all data except the first 5 rows.
  • Go to Segment column in MM sheet, filter SM in it and move the entire data to SM sheet.
  • Go to SB Sheet, filter Sub Segment with S&P SRD, and go to Sheet4 in the same file and filter BP Type with SMB S&P SRD and copy BP Sub-type and D365 and paste it in T2_BP_Sub_Type and T2_D365 of SB Sheet respectively.
  • Similarly, for LEP and SRD.
  • Send it to Marlene for final checkout and revise if received any corrections.
