1.1 Purpose

The purpose of this process is to generate the Overall Coverage Report for Lenovo, which provides a summarized and comprehensive overview of Billing and Backlog in all the Segments. The report helps the client validate sales data, ensure data accuracy between AP Data and the coverage report, and support informed business decisions.

1.2 Scope

• Geographic Scope: India.
• Business Segment: GSC
• Process Frequency: Monday and Friday, 25th to the end of every month, first day of every Month
• Core Activity: To Summarize the Table data from AP Data
• Key Distributors Covered: Lenovo

1.13 Steps of Procedure

• Open the “Coverage Overall” report which we get from Coverage QV on Wyzmindz mail ID.
• Check the plant code “H002” for which the Trd/Mfg , Route column will be ZD next, select the plant code “IN5A” for which Trd/Mfg must be MFG and route must be FD
• Select SMO from the column Brand(AP) and select Options from Brand(Old) Go to the column CA and make it all 0( CA is only for Base Machines).
• Go to “T&R” column and select only “Relationship”.
• Open today “Order Load Summary” file.
• In Coverage Overall file, apply VLOOKUP in “FTF”, “Segment Leader Final”, “ISR”, “Segment” & “Sub Segment” columns based “SO+ Material +Line_Iteam”.(We have to concatenate “SO_No”& “Material”& “Line_Item_No”)

• Break the link and remove the filter.
• Go to “Summary” sheet.
• Change the data source of the pivot that as per “Data” sheet and refresh the pivot table.

• Select “CONSUMER”, “RELATIONSHIP” , “TABLET” ,”MM”,”SM” in “T&R” of Pivot table.
• Save the file as “Q12526 Coverage Report - Overall 26052025”.
• “Reply All” on the last week sent mail in creports mail ID and attach the today report. Copy the mail id from “Bcc” of last sent mail and paste in “Bcc” of today mail.
• Send the report from creports mail ID.

1.14 Output Overview

• Coverage Overall Report – “Summary” sheet

• Coverage Report Overall – “Data” sheet

• We have to validate the grand total of pivot table which is in “Summary” sheet from today “AP Data”.
• Open today “AP Data” report. We can take from creports sent item.
• Insert a new pivot table based on data sheet (Sheet1).

• Selection of pivot table should be :-
  • Brand – Desktop, Mobile WS, Notebook, SMO, Tablet & Think station
  • Data Type – (All)
  • CONRELSMB – (All)

• Validate the grand total of pivot table which is in Coverage overall report from grand total of pivot which we inserted in today “AP Data”.
