1.1 Purpose
The purpose of this process is to extract Stock Report, COOIS, and Stock Revenue data from SAP using predefined T-codes. These extracted files support downstream reporting activities such as REL Tool processing, Stock Report consolidation, and daily operational analytics for Lenovo India

1.3 Business/Segment Overview
SAP spooling is used to extract plant-wise stock, production order status, and material-level data required for Lenovo’s supply chain, revenue analysis, backlog reporting, and stock visibility. These SAP outputs feed into multiple downstream systems such as REL Tool, FF Tool, and daily Stock Reports, helping business teams monitor inventory, plant status, and material movements across Lenovo’s operational segments.

Stock Report T-code MB52:
- Login into SAP
- Copy T-Code from table of Spooling sheet and Paste in SAP as "MB52"
- Press "Enter"
- Now, in plant column paste the plants from status sheet

- Don’t select offshore plants,
- Now apply layout by pressing CTRL+F9 and then select NK Stock Layout
- Then, Press "F8" for Execute
- Right Click on Data and Select "Spreadsheet"
- Select the Excel format from dropdown as "XXL" format and then click on Next
- Select "Table" option and then click on Next
- Click on "OK"
- Extract in the Excel workbook and save it in the present day’s folder as Stock Report DD-MM-YYYY
- Open the Stock Report file and Apply Filter in it
- Delete description column and change it as SL
- Go to plant column and Select "090X" in filter
- Change all the "090X" values into "0908"
- Save this file as "Stock Report REL month-date" in the S4 Files Folder of the present day
COOIS
- Login to SAP
- Create a new Session in SAP by Clicking on "Create Session"
- Copy T-Code from table of Spooling sheet and Paste in SAP as "COOIS"
- Press "Enter"
- Now select delivered[DLV] and exclude and select technically completed[TECO] and exclude
- Then, Press "F8" for Execute
- Right Click on Data and Select "Spreadsheet"
- Select the Excel format from dropdown as "XLSX" format and then click on Next
- Extract into the Excel workbook and save it in the desktop path and named as "COOIS month-date". Ex: COOIS Aug-20
- Click on Allow option.
Stock Revenue
- Select T- code MM60 and press “ENTER”
- Now from the extracted stock Report data copy Material column and paste it in a new workbook and delete duplicates
- Do the same for plant column
- Now in SAP paste the materials from workbook into material and plant into plant and press F8 to execute
- Right Click on Data and Select "Spreadsheet"
- Select the Excel format from dropdown as "XXL" format and then click on Next
- Select "Table" option and then click on Next
- Click on "OK"
- Extract in the Excel workbook and save it in the present day’s folder as Stock Revenue.
1.14 Output Overview
The SAP Spooling process generates three key daily outputs required for Lenovo’s operational reporting. These include the Stock Report (MB52), which provides plant-wise inventory details; the COOIS Report, which contains manufacturing order and production status data; and the Stock Revenue Report (MM60), which delivers material-level revenue-related information. All extracted files are saved in standardized formats and organized in designated folders for use in REL Tool processing, Stock Report consolidation, and other downstream reporting activities.
