1.1 Purpose

To provide clear visibility of sales across Region Wise, ASO View , RCM View and Day wise Sellout(PC,Visuals&Acc). The processed data supports dashboards and trend reports for key brands and retail partners.

Required Inputs

  • App Data (latest month)
  • PVM file received from Lenovo
  • Monthly Targets from Lenovo (if provided)
  • Master Distribution Sales Dashboard Trend Excel File

Step 1: Update App Data in Trend File

  • Open the latest App Data.
  • Copy all data.
  • Open the file Master Distribution Sell Dashboard (excel file).
  • Go to the sheet Month[Dec] Raw Data.
  • Paste the copied data.
  • Refresh all pivots in the [Pivot] sheet.

Step 2: Update Monthly Targets

  • If Lenovo shares CA and Coverage targets for the month, update them in:
  • ASO View.sheet in Table under [CA, Coverage].section inside each product type [example NB] sub-section inside each column contain name TGT paste target data received from Lenovo.

1.14 Output Overview

  • Processed dataset containing:
    • Store wise Consumer RD sellout
    • Mapped MTM and product classifications
    • Gaming / Non-Gaming segmentation
    • Valid region and zone mapping
  • This supports analytics, dashboards, and sellout trend monitoring.

1.16 Communication

  • Select the following sheets:
    • Region
    • ASO View
    • RCM View
    • Day wise Sellout(PC,Visuals&Acc)
  • Right-click the selection and choose Move or Copy.
  • In new created copy break the link (alt+A+K->break->ok)
  • Select Create a Copy and generate a publishable version of the report.
  • Attach this file while sending the final report.

Final processed files are shared with Lenovo reporting stakeholders.
