1.13 Steps of Procedure
Step 1: Download JCP Data
- Open the Bsharp platform: https://apps.bsharpcorp.com/users_dashboard.
- Open the side menu and select Console View.
- Search for “JCP”.
- Click the first result that contains the JCP form.
- Select the date range starting from the second month up to yesterday.
- Do not select any Sundays.
- Click Apply.
- Scroll down and click Download to save the JCP raw file.
Step 2: Prepare the Raw File
- Open the downloaded JCP raw file.
- Open the JCP Master Report file and unhide the Raw data – JCP sheet.
- Match the column headers using the MATCH function in the raw JCP file.
- Remove any columns that show #N/A, except:
- User Route Trainer Email
- In the How Did You Reach the Partner column, remove rows with the value “Telephone”.
- Ensure freeze panes are active.
- In the Submission Date column, remove all entries that fall on a Sunday.
- Clear any filters if applied.
Step 3: Update the Master File
- Copy all cleaned data from the JCP raw file.
- Paste it into the Raw data – JCP sheet in the master file.
- Extend the formulas from cells BL2:BP2 down to the last row of data.
- Press ALT + A + K to remove duplicates from the Duplicate column.
- Hide the sheet again.
- Go to the Summary sheet and update:
- Start Date
- WTD Start
- WTD End
- Till Date
- Repeat the same date updates in the Summary RCM sheet.
1.14 Output Overview
- Processed dataset containing:
- Store wise Visit
- Store wise plan
1.15 Validation checklist
- Confirm that every Unique ASO ID in the Partner wise Tgt vs Actual Div sheet is correctly matched with the ASO Adherence Wise sheet.
- Check that all formulas referencing this data use the complete and correct range from the Partner wise Tgt vs Actual Div sheet.
- Update the formula ranges if any new rows have been added.
1.16 Communication
Final processed files are shared with Lenovo reporting stakeholders.
