1.1 Purpose

The purpose of this SOP is to establish a standardized process to summarize contract-number–wise consumer performance under the LES and LMB verticals. And ensures accurate reporting of quantity sold and revenue metrics across key business group like consumer DT and NB, enabling consistent tracking, validation, and management reporting.

1.2 Scope

Generating contract number–wise consumer sales data for LES and LMB verticals using approved Sell Thru DSR file.

1.3 Business/Segment Overview

The Consumer segment comprises multiple verticals such as Lenovo Exclusive Stores, Large Format Retailers, Large Multi-Brand Retailers, Regional Distributors, Online, and E-commerce. In Consumer segment, Sell Thru occurs when a Tier 1 (T1) partner sells products to Tier 2 (T2) partners, representing the movement of products from primary distributors to a narrower distribution network or directly to resellers.

  • Run Consumer New Reports WIP Query in server 2.
  • An automated email will be triggered from it.irainbow@wyzmindz.com to the mail ID: your wyzmindz ID Report name: LES LMB Revenue Tracker dd-mm-yyyy.xlsx
  • Validate the Report against the checklist mention in section 1.15.
  • Publish to the stakeholders.

Summarize regional wise consumer DT, NB, premium NB, Mainstream NB quantity sold and visual revenue, think revenue, S&P rev under the vertical LES and LMB.

1.15 Validation checklist:

  • open CON ST DSR(Latest)
  • do lookup on the contract no from the les lmb revenue tracker
  • select only LES, LMB in bpcategory and select only CON DT in Bizgroup.
  • after filtering the qty in CON ST DSR should match with this report DT CA value.
  • Filter only CON NB in Bizgroup and the qty should match with NB CA value in the tracker.
