The purpose of this SOP is to define the process for generating an automated sales report that provides the quantity sold and revenue generated for the Accessories category for SAVEX Partner.

- SharePoint is used as a centralized storage and data source platform to upload the required sales files. The uploaded files serve as the backend input for the automated Excel report. Once the data is uploaded to SharePoint, the Excel report is refreshed, and the latest data is automatically fetched, processed, and reflected in the report output.

- Open https://lenovoind.sharepoint.com/sites/LENOVOOperations/Shared%20Documents/Forms/AllItems.aspx?id=%2Fsites%2FLENOVOOperations%2FShared%20Documents%2FGeneral%2FDSR%20MASTER&viewid=8ec2d5c5%2D5d75%2D4e0b%2D986e%2D3f17685bb027
- Navigate to Document ' General ' DSR Master
- Remove the last uploaded file of current quarter from all the 3 folders consumer SO DSR, consumer ST DSR and Tablet ST DSR.
- And upload latest consumer SO DSR, Consumer ST DSR and Tablet DSR (modified file as per the automated report [tablet] SOP) in the folder consumer SO DSR, consumer ST DSR and Tablet ST DSR respectively.
- Open the base file

- Change the weekend date (mention date as per the consumer ST DSR)
- Refresh the data.
- Once the data refreshed, Copy all the data in the sheet LMB S&P and paste along with the format to new excel sheet name the sheet as LMB_Participaton_Savex

- Go to Participation sheet copy all the data and paste it in next sheet and name it as Summary.

- Save it as LMB Participation Tracker Savex as on 23-05-25. change the date as per the DSR.

1.14 Output Overview
- The LMB Performance Report – Ingram provides region-wise and contract number–wise insights on sales and revenue performance across accessories and visual business group for the Savex partner under the LMB vertical.
