The purpose of this SOP is to define the process for generating an automated sales report that provides the quantity sold and revenue generated for product categories such as Notebook, Desktop, AIO, PC and other relevant categories for SAVEX Partner.

1.8 Overview of Tools

  • SharePoint is used as a centralized storage and data source platform to upload the required sales files. The uploaded files serve as the backend input for the automated Excel report. Once the data is uploaded to SharePoint, the Excel report is refreshed, and the latest data is automatically fetched, processed, and reflected in the report output.

1.13 Steps of Procedure

STEPS

  • Change the weekend date (mention date as per the consumer ST DSR)
  • Refresh the data.
  • Once the data refreshed go to Partner wise sheet.

STEPS

  • Filter Vat as Ingram and BP Category as LMB then copy past with format to new excel sheet and name the sheet as LMB_INGRAM.
  • Go to LMB Summary sheet copy only Ingram data paste it next sheet to LMB_INGRAM as Summary.

STEPS

  • Save the file as LMB Performance report Savex as on 21-09-2025 change the date based on consumer ST DSR date
  • Report is ready to share

  • The LMB Performance Report –Savex provides region-wise and contract number–wise insights on sales and revenue performance across different product segments for the Savex partner under the LMB vertical.
