1.1 Purpose

The purpose of this SOP is to define the process for generating an automated sales report that provides quantity sold, billed count, and revenue for Accessories and Visuals under the LES and LMB segments, along with revenue for all associated form factors within the Accessories category.

  • Lenovo Exclusive Store (LES) are dedicated retail outlets that sell only Lenovo products, ensuring focused brand representation and a consistent customer experience.
  • Large Multi-Brand Retailers (LMB) are Tier-2 partners that sell Lenovo products alongside multiple competing brands through large retail outlets.

  • SharePoint is used as a centralized storage and data source platform to upload the required sales files. The uploaded files serve as the backend input for the automated Excel report. Once the data is uploaded to SharePoint, the Excel report is refreshed, and the latest data is automatically fetched, processed, and reflected in the report output.

  • Change the weekend date (DSR date added here)
  • Refresh the data.
  • Once the data refreshed go to Partner wise sheet
  • Open the weekly report file

  • Match the heading of each table with base file sheet and past the data in weekly report
  • From Partner S&P formfactor sheet copy the data only for the current quarter and paster it in the report file sheet named Partner S&P form factor.

  • Same for S&P F.F Participation summary sheet also, copy all the data and paste it in the report file.

  • Once all the process is done the report is ready to share

  • This report provides form factor–wise Sell Thru quantities sold, revenue generated, and billed count for the LES and LMB segments.

  • The values in columns J–O corresponding to each contract number in the Partner S&P Form Factor Sheet must match the corresponding values in the Consumer ST DSR.
