The purpose of the Conversion Report is to analyse and compare the Order Load data between Last Monday and the Current Day to identify movements, discrepancies, and status changes in Sales Orders. By performing systematic lookups, checks, filters, and validations.

- Copy data till SOMTMITEM Quantity in Data sheet to Monday sheet of Conversion Base file.
- Insert SO Check 1, SO Check 2, SO Check 3, Fcrad Check 1 and Fcrad Check 2 after SOMTMITEM Quantity.
- Take look up in SO Check 1 based on SOMTMITEM Quantity for Exe/Unex column in Current day sheet.

- Copy paste data till SOMTMITEM Quantity in Conversion Nov-29, add remark as “Executable to Unexecutable”.
- Remove filter.
- In SO Check 1, select “#N/A”, deselect “#N/A” in SO Check 3 column.
- Copy the SO number to new book, remove duplicate.
- Verify CA value in both Monday and Current Day sheet for each SO number copied. If ther is difference in value copy paste data till SOMTMITEM Quantity in Conversion Nov-29.
- If value in Monday sheet is greater than Current day Sheet copy paste data till SOMTMITEM Quantity in Conversion Nov-29, add remark as “Missing in Today Report, SO# Check”.
- If value in Monday sheet is lesser than Current day Sheet copy paste data till SOMTMITEM Quantity in Conversion Nov-29, add remark as “Missing in (last Monday date) Report, SO# Check”.
- Remove filter.
- In SO Check 1 column select “#N/A”, in SO Check 3 select “#N/A” and in Exe/Unexe column select “Executable”.
- Copy paste data till SOMTMITEM Quantity in Conversion Nov-29, add remark as “Missing in today report”
- Remove filter.
- In Current day sheet, apply filter. Select Unexecutable in SO Check 1 column, Executable in Exe/Unexe column.
- Copy paste data till SOMTMITEM Quantity in Conversion Nov-29, add remark as “Moved to executable”.
- Remove filter.
- In SO Check 1, select “#N/A”, deselect “#N/A” in SO Check 3 column.
- Copy the SO number to new book, remove duplicate.

- Copy paste data till SOMTMITEM Quantity in Conversion Nov-29, add remark as “Missing in (last Monday date) report”
- Remove filter.
- In Fcrad check 1 column select “Yes” and in Fcrad column select “No”.
- Copy paste data till SOMTMITEM Quantity in Conversion Nov-29, add remark as “Moved to executable, Fcrad check”.
- Remove filter.
- In Fcrad column select “Yes” and in Fcrad check 1 column select “No”.
- Copy paste data till SOMTMITEM Quantity in Conversion Nov-29, add remark as “Moved to Fcrad, Fcrad check”.
- Remove filter.
- In “Conversion Nov-29” file take pivot based on remark sheet.
- Pivot selection should be,
- V_Brand – Notebook, Mobile WS, Think station & Desktop
- F_crad – No
- Short_seg – (ALL)
- End_customer_name – (ALL)
- Remarks – (ALL)
- Refresh pivot. Save the file.
1.14 Output Overview
Mention the snapshot of Output and explain the output data.
1.15 Validation checklist
- Get Current day Order Load report and compare “Conversion” Total value with total value of “Moved to executable” column in pivot.
- Check the number of line after pasting the data from Monday Order Load and Today's Order Load.
- Check all the lookup are applied correctly in Monday as well as Today's sheet.
- Check the missing orders based on SO number also for both the data.
- Check the order conversion based on Fcrad also.
- Update all the correct remarks in the report after moving the data in the new workbook.
- Cross check all the remarks of the conversion report.
