1.1 Purpose

The MM T1 Commercial DSR process is designed to provide a structured and accurate summary of T1 commercial sell-through data for Lenovo India’s Mid-Market segment. The primary purpose of this report is to consolidate weekly AP DSR data into a standardized MM DSR format, ensuring consistency in metrics such as volume, revenue, customer, and product attributes.

1.3 Business/Segment Overview

This process supports Lenovo’s Mid-Market commercial reporting by transforming finance-aligned AP DSR inputs into a comprehensive T1 Commercial DSR for business consumption. Managed by the MIS and reporting teams, the activity involves data extraction, mapping, cleansing, revenue conversion, and segmentation alignment to ensure accuracy and usability.

1.10 Process Description:

  • 1.10.1 Open Base file (D:\Backup\SMB Files\Weekly\MM T1 DSR). Process Description

  • 1.10.2 Remove all rows except top 5 rows.

  • 1.10.3 Open AP DSR file. (D:\Backup\Desktop\DSR for AP)
  • 1.10.4 Copy data as per below column wise and paste in Base file (MM DSR).

Process Description

  • 1.10.5 Filter “REMARKS” from MM DSR with Values.
  • 1.10.6 Update “SEGMENT” as “Mid Market”
  • 1.10.7 Copy “SMB Revenue” from AP DSR and paste in MM DSR after “Rev $” column.
  • 1.10.8 Update “Rev $” “=“SMB Revenue”/91”, which coverts INR to USD. (check with finance team for USD Conversion rate)
  • 1.10.9 Copy “Rev $” and paste Value in the same column.
  • 1.10.10 Share it from smbops@lenovo.com (use same template sent on previous week)
