1.1 Purpose
The OPS Guru Data Publish process is designed to consolidate, standardize, and prepare SMB sell-through, sell-out, and inventory ageing data for analytical consumption. The primary purpose of this process is to provide a summarized and reliable overview of SMB sales performance by converting multiple source reports into clean, structured CSV datasets.

1.3 Business/Segment Overview
This process supports Lenovo India’s SMB analytics ecosystem by integrating data from key operational reports such as overall sell-through, daily sell-out, and T1 ageing inventory. Managed by the MIS and reporting teams, the activity involves data cleansing, master data mapping, validation, and formatting to create analysis-ready datasets. The finalized files are shared with the analytics team for further processing in OPS Guru and related tools.

1.10 Process Description:
- 1.10.1 Open the “SMB Overall Sell Thru Report” report which we publish from SMBOPS mail ID.
- 1.10.2 Delete all sheets except Data sheet.
- 1.10.3 Save it in CSV format in a file named “Data Sellthru Q*”
- 1.10.4 Open the “Daily SM Sell Out DSR” report which we publish from SMBOPS mail ID.
- 1.10.5 Delete all sheets except Data sheet.
- 1.10.6 Save it in CSV format in a file named “Data Sellout Q*”
- 1.10.7 Open MTM MASTER LEMB file.
- 1.10.8 Open the “SMB T1 Ageing” report which we publish from SMBOPS mail ID.
- 1.10.9 Delete all sheets except Data sheet.
- 1.10.10 Save it in CSV format in a file named “SMB Inventory”
- 1.10.11 Add them in a folder
- 1.10.12 Share it with Manikandan on Zulip.
