Provide a consolidated overview of sell-thru funnel performance for Lenovo. Enable stakeholders to monitor open funnel, close-lost opportunities, and weekly movement. Support data-driven decision making by offering timely and accurate PAM/CM-wise and region-wise insights. Ensure consistent and standardized reporting for internal analytics and management review

1.3 Business/Segment Overview

The Funnel PAM/CM Weekly Report process is designed to capture, consolidate, and analyze Lenovo sell-thru funnel data on a weekly basis. This process involves extracting data from the Funnel Tracker, updating PAM and CM–wise summaries, calculating open and close-lost opportunities, and sharing region-wise insights with relevant stakeholders. The report provides a structured view of funnel performance, enabling tracking of opportunities, losses, and pipeline status across regions and ownership levels.

  • 1.10.2 Go to PAM/CM Summary sheet.
  • 1.10.3 Copy entire data to new sheet and remove below highlighted columns.

  • 1.10.4 Add new column before Open funnel with header Close Lost.

  • 1.10.5 Open Funnel tracker, go to Sheet 6.
  • 1.10.6 Select all weeks, filter only close lost in stage and add opportunity owner and value as Quantity.

  • 1.10.7 Update the lost Quantity from tracker in new sheet PAM or CM wise.
  • 1.10.8 Remove conditional formatting for Close lost column.
