1.1 Purpose
This document provides a detailed process DSR data for the SMB segment on a daily basis. It aims to identify quantity mismatches, missing records, and duplicate entries to ensure data consistency in Daily Manual DSR reports. The report assists in maintaining accurate sales tracking and reporting for Lenovo Consumer products.

It identifies and resolves issues like quantity mismatches, missing records, and duplicate entries for the seven key distributors: AEGIS, ELCOM, INGRAM, RASHI, REDINGTON, SAVEX, and SUPERTRON.

1.10 Process Description
- 1.10.1 Open the “Daily SM Sell Out DSR” report which we get on Wyzmindz mail ID.

- 1.10.2 Make Pivot,
- Filter: Category with DSK, MOB, SMD, SMO, TABLET WIN, WORKSTATION.
- Row: ROL.
- Value: Sum of CA.

- 1.10.3 Check above Data and Total from table in mailbox (Should match) and close.

- 1.10.4 Check Commits, Day actuals and WTD actuals.

- 1.10.5 Forward the mail with below instruction.
- 1.10.6 Pop it out from outlook.
- 1.10.7 Change from address to SMBOPS ID and remove “FW:” from subject.
- 1.10.8 Open previously shared DSR from SMBOPS ID (Sent Items) named “Daily SM Sell Out DSR till Date”
- 1.10.9 Copy TO Recipients and CC Recipients from shared mail paste in forwarding mail and Send.
