1.1 Purpose

This document provides a detailed process DSR data for the SMB segment on a daily basis. It aims to identify quantity mismatches, missing records, and duplicate entries to ensure data consistency in Daily Manual DSR reports. The report assists in maintaining accurate sales tracking and reporting for Lenovo Consumer products.

This process supports Lenovo India's sales strategies by providing actionable insights and tracking performance. The process covers SMB (Small/Mid-market) segment data. It identifies and resolves issues like quantity mismatches, missing records, and duplicate entries for the seven key distributors: AEGIS, ELCOM, INGRAM, RASHI, REDINGTON, SAVEX, and SUPERTRON.

1.10 Process Description

• “SMB ST VISUAL DSR Date” on Wyzmindz ID

• 1.10.1 Open the “SMB ST VISUAL DSR” report which we get on Wyzmindz mail ID.
• 1.10.2 Make Pivot,
  • Row: Region.
  • Value: Sum of QTY.
• 1.10.3 Check above Data and Total from table in mailbox (Should match) and close.
• 1.10.4 Forward the mail with below instructions.
• 1.10.5 Pop it out from outlook.
• 1.10.6 Change from address to SMBOPS ID and remove “FW:” from subject.
• 1.10.7 Open previously shared DSR from SMBOPS ID (Sent Items) named
• “SMB ST VISUAL DSR Date
• 1.10.8 Change “INVOICE_DATE “ format to Date, “INVOICE_NO” format to Numbers and remove decimals of “INVOICE_NO”, “INVOICE_VALUE”, “GRP” and “QTY”.
• 1.10.9 Copy TO Recipients and CC Recipients from shared mail paste in forwarding mail and Send.
