1.1 Purpose

This document provides a detailed process DSR data for the SMB segment on a daily basis. It aims to identify quantity mismatches, missing records, and duplicate entries to ensure data consistency in Daily Manual DSR reports. The report assists in maintaining accurate sales tracking and reporting for Lenovo Consumer products.

This process supports Lenovo India's sales strategies by providing actionable insights and tracking performance. The process covers SMB (Small/Mid-market) segment data. It identifies and resolves issues like quantity mismatches, missing records, and duplicate entries for the seven key distributors: AEGIS, ELCOM, INGRAM, RASHI, REDINGTON, SAVEX, and SUPERTRON.

• “SMB T1 Ageing Date” on Wyzmindz ID

• Open MTM MASTER LEMB file.
• Open the “SMB T1 Ageing” report which we get on Wyzmindz mail ID.
• Go To: Data sheet, Filter Disty Type with MM, go to Family;
• Map Family with below formula:
  • “=vlookup(MTM, [MTM MASTER LEMB A:G],7,0), where 7th column index is for Family”.
• Break the link, clear all filters and Check for any blanks in Family, if there replace with “-“.
• Refresh all pivots.
• Forward the mail with below instruction.
• Pop it out from outlook.
• Change from address to SMBOPS ID and remove “FW:” from subject.
• Change Subject to “SMB T1 Ageing Date”.
• Open previously shared DSR from SMBOPS ID (Sent Items) named “SMB T1 Ageing Date”
• Copy TO Recipients and CC Recipients from shared mail paste in forwarding mail and send.
